Antonia has been working as a knowledge and communication consultant since moving to Australia in 2014. Her work revolves around helping people use innovative thinking and ideas to connect knowledge, people and skills within their organisations and outside to achieve their organisational goals.
Antonia is particularly interested in the role of social networks in organisations – not (just) in the sense of Facebook and Twitter, but how people connect. Her main work with the Centre for Workplace Leadership is overseeing the development of the LeaderShift Platform. She is also co-founder of a new organisation being set up to support Australia’s freelancing community, and a board member of the Fitzroy Learning Network.
