Bill Harley is Professor of Management and Associate Dean in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, where he also heads the Leading for High Performance theme in the Centre for Workplace Leadership.
Bill’s research primarily focuses on employee responses to managerial practices, in particular ‘high performance work systems’ and he has published papers in leading international journals including Industrial Relations, British Journal of Industrial Relations, Journal of Management Studies and Work Employment and Society. He has acted as a consultant to numerous organisations including the OECD and the ILO.
