Chloe Hamman is a Data & Insights Strategist at Culture Amp – a technology company whose purpose is to make the working world a better place. She completed her masters in organisational psychology and has Bachelor degrees in both Science and Commerce.
Chloe has professional expertise in organisational behaviour, individual differences and workplace culture. She has redesigned engagement and leadership programmes, conducted one the largest studies on workplace values in New Zealand, and presented her work on wellbeing at the Design and Health World Congress in Brisbane (July 2013).
Chloe has worked with many of Culture Amp’s big (and local) name clients, including Adobe, Slack, Squarespace, Grill’d, and Richmond footy club to help them ask the right questions to create feedback loops that drive culture first decision making.
