James is a human-centred designer and a technology strategist. He brings over a decade of experience working in information and knowledge management roles and as a consultant with a wide range of government, professional and blue chip companies.
James has a long standing interest in the intersection of people, place and technology in workplace design – otherwise known as the ‘digital workplace’ – and has completed a number of workplace strategy projects as a technology strategist. He has also previously presented at WORKTECH 13 in Melbourne and Green Capital’s HotHouse SPACE event in Sydney.
He was awarded a Master of Business & Technology (UNSW) in 2005 and is also a former chair of the NSW Knowledge Management Forum.
