Julian researches new ways of working and translates these insights into practices that others can learn from.
As a researcher, Julian is interested in emerging forms of organising and their relationship to existing organisational and social theory. Over recent years he has studied and written about about coworking and the changing culture of freelancers and entrepreneurs.
As a practitioner, Julian brings this work to life by facilitating workshops with teams and coaching individuals to discover more effective, responsive and meaningful work practices.
Julian is fascinated by people’s experiences of work and organisational life and the frequent gap between current realities and desired futures.
Julian is driven to find ways to help close this gap, so that more people experience work that they love in organisations that thrive.
