Richard has completed a PhD in individual identity formation and leader capacity development with a particular focus on how individuals and groups build the capacity to successfully navigate accelerating complexity in life and work. He has also undertaken action-learning research into strategic foresight, entrepreneurship and the development of innovative and collaborative cultures.
Considered one of the leading thinkers and advisors in developing leader capacity, strategic foresight, practical innovation, and strategic organisational consulting in Australia, Richard has deep expertise in large group engagement processes, facilitation and training, effective communication, and Executive-level coaching and mentoring.
Richard has held senior level positions in organisations both large and small and has worked in several start-up companies, one of which was listed in BRW’s Top 100 Fast Starters. He is an entrepreneur at heart.
