Will is a transport and urban planner with a long track record of industry experience delivering for world class organisations including Transport for London and Public Transport Victoria.
Will prides himself on developing plans that are bold, deliverable and balanced against wider objectives. Will is particularly proud of some of his more high profile and innovative policy projects which have made a positive impact over the longer term, including transport policy for London’s long term air quality strategy, a complete review of London’s bus rapid transport network and the Tour de France Grand Depart in 2007.
Throughout his career Will has maintained close links to academia through guest lecturing at the University of Melbourne and University College London. He has recently formed a partnership with Kings College London which led to him designing and securing funding for the world’s first low emission construction hub.
Since working on the Tour de France for a year when it came to London in 2007 Will has become a keen cyclist who competes in the races in and around Victoria and suffers for his love of Campagnolo parts.
