I am Design Strategist with experience in leading complex human centred design projects. I specialise in enabling design led and human centric organisations and experiences through strategic design, coaching and facilitation. I work with people and the organisations they work for to connect with their authentic humanity and use design to create positive and systemic change that has beneficial human and business outcomes.
My work is informed by my industry experience and PhD which focused on understanding design thinking in practice in large organisations and how people build capability in design thinking and grow to mastery. I use human centred design as a method to deeply understand people, their behaviour, motivations and experiences and from this deep insight design experiences, services and systems. With a broad set of research skills, methods and tools, I am able to employ an approach appropriate to the business or customer problem.
